- Education Requirements: Intermediate + shorthand skills
- Age Limit: 18 to 32 years for men and 18 to 35 years for women.
- Salary of BPS-14: 35000 to 45000 per month.
Syllabus and Test Pattern by PPSC
- Shorthand and Typing Test: i) Speed of 70 words per minute in shorthand in English and 35 words per minute in typewriting (English).
- Computer literate in MS Office. Note: Candidates who qualify the English Shorthand Test will be called for English Typing and Proficiency Test on Computer.

- General Qualification including (80%) Pakistan Studies, Current Affairs, Geography, Basic Mathematics, English, Urdu, and Daily Science.

- Education Requirements: BA BSc with Computer Course / BCS
- Age Limit: 18 to 32 years for men and 18 to 37 years for women.
- Salary of BPS-15: 45000 to 55000 per month.

One paper of MCQ type written test of 100 marks and duration of 90 minutes. Syllabus is as follows:-
- MS Office and Computer Skills Question (80%)
- General Qualification including (20%) Pakistan Studies, Current Affairs, Geography, Basic Mathematics, English, Urdu, and Everyday Science.
