How to Apply Online for PPSC Jobs

Punjab Public Service Commission PPSC is a recruitment agency which recruits people from Punjab for Punjab Government. All Ministries and Departments send applications to PPSC for the posts they require. After that PPSC advertised these posts and candidates should apply through their official website.

How to Apply Online for PPSC Jobs

Starting an Online Application

Visit the official website of PPSC and click on the “Apply Online” button.

Select the post for which you want to apply and click on “Proceed” button after checking all post/eligibility information.

Read “Important Instructions” and "EPay User Manual", select the Undertaking checkbox, and click the “Apply Online” button.

Enter your CNIC number and click on “Proceed” button.

Enter your email address, mobile number, click on “Proceed” button and confirm your email address and mobile number on the next page.

 

Enter your details ie date of birth, gender, type of employment, disability status, armed person status, etc., and click on the “Proceed” button.

Enter all the details in the Personal Information section and click on the “Secure Information” button. Click the “Proceed” button to proceed with your application.

Payment of Fee for PPSC Application

Your Payment System Identifier Number (PSID) will be generated by the system. Pay the required post fees as per the instructions in the “EPay User Manual” (as mentioned in Step No. 3).

Upload your latest photograph and CNIC (front) photograph. Please note that the maximum image size should be less than 25 KB.

Enclosing record of educational qualification and service record

Add your eligibility details and click on “Save Information” button.

 

Add your service record (if applicable) and click the “Save Information” button.

Final Submission of PPSC Online Application

If you have provided all the required information, the “Submit Application” button will be enabled. Click the button to go to the application submission page.

On the Application Submission page, read the Undertaking, select the Undertaking checkbox and click the “Submit Application” button.

Finally, you will receive an application number, which indicates that you have successfully submitted the application.

You will also receive notification of application submission and token number (for editing/printing of your application) through email and SMS.


Important Note:

If you have left the PPSC website before submitting the online application, the next time, when you start the online application process, the system will resume from where you left last time. That means you only have to provide the information in the remaining steps. Information already provided will not be required again.

How to Edit PPSC Online Application

You can only edit your application if your application has been successfully submitted (after completion). You have to select edit application button on PPSC official website.
